Overview
By using our software (“SuperSuite AI”), you agree to these Terms. If you’re acting for a company, you confirm you’re authorized to bind it.
License, actor seats and viewer seats
One actor seat = one dedicated AI Agent and their command center used by one person (a single person within a company). You may purchase additional viewer seats, which will give the viewers access to the dashboard/command centers but will not be able to prompt the Agent in the chat or start actions.
Restrictions
Do not resell, redistribute, share the software with colleagues by sharing passwords.
Additionally, custom implementation fees are always calculated based on the initial number of apps to be integrated, and a maximum threshold of data to be processed over a period will be agreed upon. If this amount is exceeded, the customer is responsible to pay for additional fees as per their customer agreement.
Payments, Updates & Support
SuperSuite AI is delivered “as is” following the implementation process. During the implementation period, a dedicated customer success manager will be the point of contact between SuperSuite AI and your team to ensure a seamless and secure integration with your entreprise data. Paying customers will have access to all SuperSuite AI updates and releases, which will be announced in advance. We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
